Outstanding service! From the phone call through the follow up! The individual I spoke with initially was extremely helpful and professional. Previously I had called two other tow companies in town and was very turned off by their lack of professional communication. Brownwood Towing was everything the other companies weren’t. When the truck driver, Matt, arrived , he was clean and was neatly dressed, well spoken, professional in his explanations and worked carefully. For having been stuck away from my house with no assistance, I can honestly say that this company left me feeling very comfortable and supported. I have added them my personal contact information!

I was working near Brownwood and I needed a Tow Tyler came and helped me he was friendly and their response was fast! I would definitely use them if I was ever in need of a tow service near Brownwood area!

Was driving through on my way to see some family and ran out of gas, it was late at night and Brownwood Towing was the only company to answer the phone. Mat was very professional and brought me fuel. Great company, and fast service!

Easy, fast, and reasonable rates! Needed help transporting a vehicle on a late Friday afternoon from Bangs to Coleman and they made it super easy and driver was very professional!

Sunday after Thanksgiving we’re 3hours into a 6 hour trip from Camp Wood back to Fort Worth pulling a 30 ft. travel trailer when we lost both passenger side tires. Tire shops are closed and we’re stranded on the side of the road with a kid and 2 dogs. Called and talked to Tyler and he went way out of his way finding tires and brought them out and got us back on the road and we were able to get home. Super grateful and only regret is we couldn’t stick around and buy him and the team a well deserved beer.

I want to thank Matt for helping me when I had a very important doctor appointment and my Chevy Silverado decided to die that morning. I called Brownwood Towing and they were able to get to me in less than hour and jump my battery off! I was able to go get a new battery and make it to my appointment on time. Very kind, efficient and great communication!

An amazing company!!

10/10 reccommend. My Wife was on her way to Bangs from Brownwood & she forgot to check her fuel gauge…SMH…Brady called Brownwood Towing freaking out because it was so hot & she had our animals with her. Tyler was there within 20 mins with fuel to get her to the store. He even went as far as bringing my wife cold water & a bowl for the pups. Thank you Tyler!

Very efficient and professional. While visiting a friend in Texas I had some engine trouble and was referred to Tyler from said friend. Tyler was able to get me to a mechanic fast and cheap.

I was on my way home from visiting family and my Nissan Altima decided that it wanted to stall out at a busy intersection and I couldn't get it to start back up. Thankfully Tyler knew how to get my car to start and was able to tow it to a place to get it fixed. His prices were very reasonable and I can't thank him enough for helping me!
